I have loved working with this pattern from the very first! The Patons wool tweed is awesome and felted up better than I ever anticipated. Here is the bag in its drying stage and the front panel half finished. Not sure about the strap being a chain on this one tho. Any ideas???? This bag WILL get made again!

Formal Boot Bag
I have loved working with this pattern from the very first! The Patons wool tweed is awesome and felted up better than I ever anticipated. I am working on this bag too, and am having second thoughts about the chain, mainly because I can't find it locally, and am not sure of the specifics to order it. I'm wondering if I'd rather have a leather strap.
Mine is ready for felting--I just have to buy the rings.

YOur bag is gorgeous. I love the finished results of Paton's Classic Merino Wool. The bag is beautiful and the color you used. I can not wait to see what kind of handle you attach.
