Change to comments section

A little housecleaning here: Because of this KAL's attack by spammers in the comments section, we're now allowing only members to post comments and I've added the word scrambler filter. Please let me know if you have any major objections to this. It's quite standard for KALs, but something I neglected to arrange in my initial settings for the site. Thanks to Tiffany for alerting me to the problem.
